To satisfy both tourists and locals, and create a real meeting point, 1-hour tours of the old center of Roanne will be offered. They will therefore take place on Tuesdays from mid-July to the end of August at 10:30 a.m. (except August 13).
Visitors will thus be able to discover the remains of the Gallo-Roman past of the city which blends harmoniously with the contemporary dynamism of Roanne.
A launch press conference
To launch this new program, a press conference took place on Thursday March 28. Every year, the meeting place changes according to what's new, it is indeed important to highlight the unique visits. For 2024, it took place with a new partner from Roanne, Julien Perez, an artistic ironworker in Roanne.
After the presentation of the program, the themes of the visits and the new features, the journalists were then able to benefit from a demonstration of the know-how of one of the Meilleurs Ouvriers de France, Julien Perez.
A few days before this press conference, we were interviewed by the local radio RVR to present this new program. A meeting with Béatrice Bonnamour for an interview!
