An annual membership campaign

The membership campaign allows service providers to become partners and members of the Tourist Office. Membership in Roannais Tourisme means more visibility and more promotion for each structure.
Joining is also and above all supporting the actions of Roannais Tourisme and upholding the values ​​of the destination.

A single membership price

The 2024 membership is, like last year, at a single price and up to 80 €. It allows different services:

A commercial option is offered to 60 € TTC for “group” marketing, online booking or even presence in the 100% Roannais Gift Boxes.

More than 500 members for the year 2024

This year, the membership campaign was a success since 500 providers have chosen to trust us by joining Roannais Tourisme.
+ 15%, this is the increase in partners compared to last year. The service providers left as follows:

  • 38% accommodation,
  • 21% accommodation,
  • 13% producers,
  • 13% activities,
  • 11% shops and services,
  • 4% craftsmen

By joining forces, we can pool our actions to promote our destination.

The membership campaign lasts several months and represents a set of actions that are sometimes invisible to service providers. Here is a schedule of actions:

  • July August : Search for new service providers in the territory,
  • August: Creation of the Partnership Guide,
  • September: Mailing of the Partnership Guide,
  • September: Preparation of form campaigns for updates via “Open Edit” software,
  • End of September : Sending forms to all service providers,
  • From October to December: Phone reminders,
  • From October to December: Validation of updates made by service providers,
  • From October to December: Sale of advertising space on editions,
  • January February : Editing of the Practical Guide,
  • February : Sending the inserts in the Practical Guide for proofreading,
  • March : Sending the guide to print,
  • At the beginning of April : Delivery of tourist documentation to each member.
