Each Wednesday, Loïc Ballet writes the gastronomic column for the show Télématin on France 2. Live, he travels through the regions of France to highlight talented producers.

This past Wednesday, February 28, he was live from Roanne more precisely in the laboratories of the Pralus House for a gourmet subject “Chocolates, on your marks, set, take a bite…”.

Alongside Hugo Pralus, the columnist presented the House's chocolates for Easter: eggs, rabbits, luxury chickens... with a chocolate entirely made in Roanne.

Besides chocolate, Praluline®, a specialty of Maison Pralus, was presented and described as “a brioche that tears its race apart” by the presenter of Télématin, Thomas Sotto.
