A family story...
Created in 1948 by Auguste Pralus, the reputation of Maison Pralus has today gone far beyond the borders of Roannais. With Praluline® as its ambassador, the homemade pink praline brioche created in 1955 by this Meilleur Ouvrier de France pastry chef. His son François then developed the chocolate factory to become one of the rare artisans producing all his chocolate from the bean to the bar. Nicknamed the Chocolate Adventurer, he has his own plantation in Madagascar. “A must-have on the shelf”, François Pralus works with fifteen bean origins. The Pyramid of the Tropics presents ten of them, like a journey to the origins of chocolate. Not to be missed: the famous Bars Infernales, these gourmet bars to share.

New 2024
Homage to pink praline in 2024: the pink praline macaroon joins praline ice cream and praline shortbread. In the Carré de café range, the organic Colombia Tolima has its cocoa and slightly caramelized notes in the surprising collection of chewable coffee imagined by Vincent Ferniot and François Pralus.
