Ingredients:
- 1 burger bun,
- 150g of minced meat,
- 10g of bacon,
- 22g of cheddar,
- onion,
- pickles,
- tomato confit,
- salad,
- parsley,
- White sauce,
- shallot,
- coriander,
- 1 sausage.
Cut the bread in half.
Spread the sauce over both sides.

On the hat, put the bacon, cheddar and pickle.
On the lower part, put the onion cut into small pieces and the candied tomato.

Season the meat with the shallot, parsley, coriander and spices.
Cook the meat on the plancha (or in a pan) and the merguez. Put the bread in the oven at the same time.
