In a few years, the burger has become an essential in many restaurants. It even shines sometimes on starred tables with revisited versions. Indeed, the burger is available with many ingredients and is aimed at all audiences. Christophe Désirée from the Burgers Chef restaurant located in La Pacaudière offers us a burger with Maghreb flavors.

A recipe for 1 burger proposed by Christophe Désirée from Chef Burgers.

Ingredients:
  • 1 burger bun,
  • 150g of minced meat,
  • 10g of bacon,
  • 22g of cheddar,
  • onion,
  • pickles,
  • tomato confit,
  • salad,
  • parsley,
  • White sauce,
  • shallot,
  • coriander,
  • 1 sausage.

Cut the bread in half.

Spread the sauce over both sides.

On the hat, put the bacon, cheddar and pickle.

On the lower part, put the onion cut into small pieces and the candied tomato.


Season the meat with the shallot, parsley, coriander and spices.

Cook the meat on the plancha (or in a pan) and the merguez. Put the bread in the oven at the same time.

Arrange the burger.
