It's almost Easter! We necessarily think of chocolates, egg hunts but also meals shared with family or friends. To stay in the chocolate theme, we offer you this light, fresh and easy to make individual dessert: the creamy milk chocolate! Chocolate lovers love it...

Crémeux au chocolat au lait

A recipe for 8 people proposed by Revillon Chocolatier.

Ingredients:
  • 25 cl of whipping cream,
  • 25 cl of whole milk,
  • 5 egg yolks,
  • 50 g caster sugar,
  • 125 g of milk chocolate.

Custard

  • Boil the cream and the milk. Blanch the egg yolks with powdered sugar,
  • Gradually pour the cream/milk mixture onto the yolks/sugar mixture then mix,
  • Return to saucepan and cook over low heat, without boiling, until mixture thickens, then remove from heat.

The creamy

Pour the still hot custard over the chocolate. Wait for the milk chocolate to melt without mixing, then mix.
Garnish with small verrines and leave to rest in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.

Serve with shortbread or petit fours for a gourmet dessert.
