Chef Philippe gets as much as possible from suppliers in the Roanne region, preferably organic, at the local market on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Thanks to Philippe's many travels in a previous life…, the cuisine of Les Dézingués is inspired by Mediterranean and Asian cuisines, revisited with Roannaise sauce.
