How to get the mark?

  • To obtain the mark, the company must commit to quality criteria and comply with 85% of the criteria (the benchmark is made up of between 143 and 535 quality criteria depending on the business sector). A mystery client audit is carried out by an independent firm to assess the company's performance. This mystery audit takes place every 5 years.
  • The mystery visit remains the responsibility of the company.
  • The CCI LYON METROPOLE Saint-Etienne Roanne can support the company and prepare it for the passage of the mystery auditor by carrying out a pre-audit (under conditions). By following the quality benchmark, this makes it possible to identify upstream the points for improvement and the corrective measures to be put in place.
  • When the compliance rate is reached after the mystery audit, the file is presented to the National Commission.
  • At the end of the Commission, if the opinion is favorable, the mark is officially awarded by the State for a period of 5 years. Please note: in the event of a change of owner, the brand is no longer valid.
