The Roanne Tourist Office, Roannais Tourisme, has had a makeover to better welcome its visitors. Since summer 2022, a new space at the Maison du Tourisme, clearer and more open, welcomes visitors. The TO is arranged in several identified poles.
THEhome
The reception area is very open, clear and sober. Thus, visitors can rely on a giant tourist map to find their way around and get to know the territory. A travel advisor is always present and available to present the destination and give you the best advice for visiting the destination.
La Book
Do your shopping in our new store! Here, we showcase a variety of products that reflect the richness of our territory! You will discover both souvenir objects bearing the image of the Roannais (mugs, gourds, tote-bags, etc.) as well as local specialties or even a bookstore section (topoguides, etc.). Bring back or offer a little Roannais, all you have to do is choose. Part of the store advocates 100% local:
- Old Cherier jam in Pouilly-les-Nonains,
- Candle of Wax and Perfume of Saint-Denis-de-Cabanne,
- The Tomine plants in Montagny,
- The St-Bonnet Snail in St-Bonnet-des-Quarts,
- Chocolate from the Pralus House by Roanne,
- Tea and infusion of Fabrikathe of Pouilly-les-Nonains,
- Beer from the Challit Brewery ICSAS of Lentigny,
- Wine from the Roannaise coast,

La Tickets
La Tickets has its own counter. The Tourist Office is a reseller of local ticket offices such as Le Scarabée, matches of the Chorale Basket or even festivals in Roanne, but recently also ticket offices France Ticket. Indeed, each visitor will be able to buy tickets for shows or concerts taking place anywhere in France.

Thedigital space
A digital space with 2 computer stations is available to visitors wishing to surf the Internet. Also, WIFI is accessible to all free of charge. Home screens allow everyone to know the events taking place in Roannais or the tickets sold at the Tourist Office. A touch table offers an interactive 3D map. It makes it possible to geolocate on the territory and to see the sites and tourist activities.
The reception “Outside the walls”
In addition to the renovation of its premises, the Roanne Tourist Office has chosen to meet visitors thanks to its new Mobile Information Office. A fully equipped and identifiable vehicle crisscrosses the roads of Roannais on the must-see sites, the places frequented or on events or fairs. A new way to welcome and inform tourists and locals alike!
