An amateur brewer for several years, Ludovic Challit now has only one objective: to combine a passion for beer production and the desire to introduce, or even rediscover, craft beer. All beers are labeled organic.
Brasserie Challit offers 5 beers permanently (white, blond, amber, brown and IPA) + 1 annual beer: spring beer (low fermentation brewed in winter).
Depending on the brewer's mood, other beers called "one shot" (unique recipe) are offered once or twice a year.

For your evenings and meals, the Brasserie offers 5L barrels in white, blonde, amber and IPA!! These kegs are self-contained kegs: no need for beer machines to use them. They are waiting for you!
