Production of flour and farm pasta from our wheat grown on the farm.

We grow our wheat and crush it on the farm with a stone mill in order to maintain its nutritional and taste qualities. We make 3 kinds of wheat flour: T80, T110, T150., as well as rye flour.
We also make dry farm pasta with our semi-wholemeal flour. These cook in 4 to 5 minutes. We have 6 types of plain pasta and we have developed a range of flavored pasta.
The farm is HVE certified.

L'Épi Roannais, with its pasta shaped like ears of wheat, received a special mention from the jury of the competition for innovative farm products from the Loire.
