Roanne beach, un air of vacation in the city center
Every summer, it reigns like a holiday air in Roanne. It's not Paris Plage but Roanne Plage!
A little sand at the water's edge, lounge chairs and specific activities… and it almost feels like a distant destination.
In any case, Roanne Plage is both a change of scenery but above all a real force of attraction for the city of Roanne. Open from July 7 to August 31, Monday to Friday from 14 p.m. to 20 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 19 p.m., a mountain of activities and entertainment awaits you.

Roanne Plage on the banks of the Loire
Since 2021, the event has been held on the site from the banks of the Loire completely refurbished on 5 hectares. This space is dedicated to leisure and relaxation and is the ideal place to host outdoor events. New schedules, new activities and concerts, the 2023 edition of Roanne promises to be dynamic.

For this season of Roanne Plage, the city of Roanne has decided to spoil the people of Roanne with a program rich in cultural, sporting, socio-educational and leisure activities to satisfy everyone's desires. But above all, many new features are waiting for you!
Launch of Roanne Plage on July 7
As part of the launch of Roanne Plage, the Bords de Loire district council is organizing a night market on Friday July 7 from 18 p.m. to 22 p.m. A free ball with dance initiation will be offered from 20 p.m. to 22 p.m. on July 7 (ball with Stomp'N Blues and country dance with Happy Cowboy 42).
"Tour de France" entertainment
On the occasion of the Tour de France on July 13, Roanne Plage will exceptionally welcome the public from 10 a.m. to 20 p.m. On the program: BMX modules, handling courses with balance bikes, music and other activities…
Folk Ball on closing night
To end the summer on a good note, a free ball with dance initiation will be offered on August 25 from 20 p.m. to 22 p.m. A Folk ball and Gypsy dance with Abraçebraç.
