After several years spent in large agrifood companies, when my parents retired, I decided to restore the old orchards of the family farm (just a stone's throw from the Loire train) and transform the fruits, flowers and vegetables thus produced into jams, syrups, chutneys and fruit jellies. The activity is also supplemented by wild picking on the heights of the Villerest dam and in the Madeleine mountains, far from any source of pollution and respecting the ecosystem (no uprooting of plants, no systematic raking of picking areas, etc.). Cultivation on the farm is done using methods that respect the environment.
I have participated several times in the competition for innovative farm products organized by the Departmental Council and the Chamber of Agriculture, and I won the 2nd prize, in 2016, for my "Patat'à spread" made from potatoes earth and the 1st prize in 2020 for a set of 4 jams characteristic of each of the 4 seasons.
