Coming from families of wine growers on both their father's and mother's sides, Philippe and Jean-Marie Vial cultivate the Gamay, Chardonnay and Viognier grape varieties on the Bouthéran hillside. The estate is in conversion to Organic Agriculture.

The estate is undergoing organic conversion in 2023.
