In a cocoon of gentleness and benevolence, for 2 days and 2 evenings, I offer you practical exercises, concrete to carry out, to create, as if we were going back to girls' school... rediscovering a lightness of life by each sharing our experiences and our desires which give balm to the heart... learning to create together a new energy of "sisters" and bonds which today is no longer part of our daily lives... just with a smile on our lips .
