ACMM was created in 2010 at the same time as the Satellit café room to take care of the artistic part of this well-known place in Roanne. After having organized no less than 500 concerts with prestigious guests such as Axel Bauer, Tony Levin (bassist of Peter Gabriel) or Donald Kinsey (Guitarist of Bob Marley). The association became independent in 2017 to focus on a new project, the organization of a Blues festival, the first edition of which took place in October 2018. The idea is to bring the city to life to the rhythm of the Blues.
