For a taste for "homemade", come and discover classic or unusual flavors made from my wild harvests: rosehip, blackberry, elderberry or cultivated: strawberry, rhubarb, blackcurrant... Also fruit jellies, jams, sorbets, syrups , Honey.

It was my grandmother who gave me the taste for producing my fruits and then transforming them into jams. She was a farmer and she liked to do with what she harvested.

Thus, in my lab, I make jams, flower or plant preserves, chutneys, syrups, fruit jellies, flower wine and honey, with classic and unusual flavors from my cultivated crops: rhubarb, strawberry, lemon or wild thyme : hawthorn (flowers and berries), rosehip, poppy, ... without dyes, without added aromas, and without chemical preservatives.

And to be able to offer you these sweets, I have at heart to start by growing my fruits, flowers and plants, or picking them wild, until they are put into pots.

I cultivate in the respect of the environment, without chemical treatment. Weeding is done by hand. And my bees work to pollinate my crops.
