Bertrand Chocolatier was rewarded during the artisanal innovation competition, organized by the Chamber of Trades and Crafts Auvernge-Rhône-Alpes in partnership with Groupama Rhône-Alpes Auvergne, Banque Populaire Auvergne Rhône Alpes and SOCAMA Auvergne Rhône Alpes. It shone in the “Product or service innovation” category with its tasting wheel which is a unique concept of its kind.
