Julien is an engineer passionate about beers. During his studies in Alsace, he fell in love with local beers which pushed him to develop his professional career. Self-taught, it took him long hours of work to find a recipe of his own that he produces in his brewery.

3 - 15:00 p.m. - Walk on Lake Villerest with Le Villerest-Un boat in Villerest - 2:00 a.m.
The boat trip Villerest-Un, with a maximum capacity of 60 people, will transport you to Lake Villerest to help you discover the Gorges de la Loire, the port of La Caille in St-Jean-St-Maurice and the port by Bully. A fun way to discover the lake in a different way. Snack offered on board.
