Les Grands Cèdres Workshops

Located on the magical site of the Domaine des Grands Cèdres, overlooking the old Loire gorges and facing the Monts de la Madeleine, the Ateliers are a multifaceted place.

The Table des Ateliers is open all year round in 2 stages. In high season (from the end of May to the beginning of October) a program of chefs in residence, allowing you to vary the experiences and the pleasures.
This is an opportunity to offer you an ever-new menu and to enhance the products of our region in a thousand and one ways.

Out of season, the Table des Ateliers offers various thematic meetings (brunches, meetings with a chef, tasting, etc.) and also allows you to privatize the large 20-seat table for your meals with family or friends.

The premises are home to a pottery that welcomes a young potter in residence in the high season in the form of a relay workshop. Out of season, the site manager gets back on his potter's wheel.
The East plateau, on the pottery floor, is equipped to offer various discovery courses (turning, modelling), improvement or new techniques.

Le Plateau Ouest, equipped with sound and video, welcomes your seminars, meetings, training courses, well-being courses or private events in small groups.
You can benefit from the presence of the Table so that your participants can eat, as well as accommodation from the Domaine.
In parallel with these services, various artists are welcomed for writing residencies, with the aim of offering time for discussion on site with the outside public.

A la carte: from 10 to 30 € (Choice of starters, main courses, desserts & cheese à la carte.).
