The bistro is: homemade, local and seasonal cuisine based on fresh products mainly from peasant and organic farming; draft beers, and various artisanal and local drinks; concert or animated evenings all year round.

From 09/01 to 21/12/2024
Open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 14:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 14:30 p.m. and from 16 p.m. to 23 p.m.
Closed Monday and Sunday.
Open 1 Sunday per month for the Bistro Brunch.

Hours may vary between the summer season and the winter season, please check our opening hours on the internet, by telephone or directly at the bistro.

The bistro is open from Tuesday evening to Saturday evening:
- Catering for lunch from Wednesday to Saturday,
- Catering in the evenings Friday and Saturday (+ aperitif boards every evening),
- Possibility of booking for groups (by telephone).

During winter 2023, the team offers several activities inside the bistro (concerts, quizzes, games, brunch, wine tasting, shows, etc.).

New 2024
In 2024, we have new outdoor musical surprises in store for you to liven up the summer in Saint-Germain-Laval! Don’t hesitate to contact us and come by for a drink!
