Staggered on a 20 km long hillside, the Côte Roannaise vineyard surprises those who take the time to discover it.

From 01 / 01 to 31 / 12.

Not far from Roanne, the eponymous town, it is in a hilly countryside, with varied essences and around villages rich in a preserved heritage, that the Gamay, made from these vines, lovingly produces wines that are true and gourmet of nature.

Gamay reigns supreme over the 200 hectares of the AOC Côte Roannaise. He finds here the granite soils which suit him perfectly. Exposed to the rising sun, the vines know how to sunbathe and take advantage of the constraints of a climate which can be harsh. Grapes that are greedy for fresh fruit are vinified mainly in red, but the tangy rosé of these small red fruits does not have to be ashamed of it!

About thirty of them, all independent winegrowers, share the chiseled hillsides of the Côte Roannaise. About thirty cellars open to receive you. About sixty hands who shape the vines so that they give out the best of the terroir. By jealously maintaining this Coast, they give it that dear soul that makes Gamay speak.
