At the beginning it was a Roman bridge, but submerged with each flood. It was replaced by the current bridge in 1732. Until 1836, it will cross the Ghent river, for the old Route Royale from Paris to Antibes, which will be called the Route Napoléon.

All year, every day.

There are still some cobblestones of the old Napoleon road, going up to the entrance of the forest.
