Built on the old chapel of St-Martin, traces of which can be found in 984, in the heart of the old center of the village, it underwent several modifications and enlargements between 1827 and 1882.

Dedicated to Saint Martin, it is on the long-distance route of La Via Sancti Martini which connects Szombathély in Hungary, the birthplace of St Martin, to Tours, where the tomb of the Saint is located.
Two paintings were discovered during the restoration work of the church in 1998.
Like many religious buildings, following numerous thefts and then the vigipirate plan, the church is only open on request.
