Church of Saint Eustache

The parish church which is dedicated to Saint Eustache is still quite Romanesque and massive in its proportions. The building announces the ogival style with pointed arches and its lancet windows.
The bell tower is established on the first bay of the nave; the choir is unusually deep. Chapels were added to the north side in the 5th century. In the XNUMXth or early XNUMXth century, a XNUMX-sided bedside table, with high semi-circular windows, replaced the initial construction. Around the same time, a porch was added to the western facade, with a southern entrance and a passage into the cemetery through a door above which we can read: "Through which you pass I have passed. Through which I 'past you will pass. As you in the world I was. As I died you will be.'
The nave is dark for lack of direct light, but the softened light highlights the pillars of cut granite rubble without decoration, which gives this monument its strength and charm.
Erected in 1722, a beam of glory decorated with acanthus leaves supports a large Christ at the entrance to the Choir.
