At the heart of an exceptional natural site, you will visit the Water House, a new, completely renovated educational space. You will discover the secrets of water and the importance of its preservation. Birthplace of tap water in Roannais, take the time to discover the site of the dams and in particular its belvedere at the top of the Chartrain dam.
4 - 16:45 p.m. Guided tour of the JB Clair House in Renaison - 1h00
Claudine and Guido will welcome you in the vaulted cellars built at the same time as the dam (in 1896) and will describe the history of the Maison JB Clair which has existed since 1536. In addition to the AOC Côte Roannaise wines of the estate, you will taste the specialty from the estate: sparkling wines produced using the Champagne method.
