Thousands of years of history and architecture are revealed during a visit to this imposing Cluniac priory. It invites you on a cultural journey through the centuries: primitive priory, cloister, refectory, cells, lounges and oak frames from the 15th and 18th centuries. So many spaces to explore for a visit rich in discoveries.
4 - 16:30 p.m. Guided tour of the Brasserie La Germanoise in St-Germain-Laval - 1h30
This brewery produces all its products in an artisanal manner. You will find unfiltered, unpasteurized and refermented beers in the bottle on site. You will visit the brewing initiation room as well as the micro-brewery where an explanation of the brewing process will be given to you. Beer tasting at the end of the day.
