1 - Departure

Take the alley (Chaudignot trail). Go down to the right and pass in front of Font St-Pierre. At the crossroads turn right.

2 - Step 1

Cross the river (the Renaison) on the bridge near the mill. Higher continue up the road to the right.

3 - Step 2

Take a dirt road on the right. Continue straight ahead, cutting the D47 to the site of the dams.

4 - Step 3

At the bottom of the Tâche dam, start the ascent by the switchbacks to the right (or to the left in order to cross the Tâche dam and enjoy the view).

5 - Step 4

At the top of the dam, go up the road for 500 m towards the "Maison des gardes". Pass in front of the large Douglas-fir trees then take the small path before the house. At the top, go up the D9 to the left.

6 - Step 5

Turn right onto a path. Continue zigzagging up through the woods. In a large crossroads, go down the path to the right. Join a wide track and continue to descend. Find the tar and go down to the left by the Panetière.

7 - Step 6

In the middle of the vines, take the small path bordering the vines. Find the road then turn right after the clog maker. Continue on a small narrow path.

8 - Step 7

Cross the rue du Peuil and take the alley of the St-Roch chapel (built in 1872). Enjoy the view of the village and return to your starting point via the Passage du Bruchet
