Lespinasse Forest

From the car park, go down via the old N7. Before the roundabout, turn right to go through the tunnel along the stream (for riders, go under the road bridge).

On the other side, go up to the right along the N7. At the cross, go straight on the road and go down the first path which winds to the left between the meadows. Pass the barriers and leave the Chemin de Montpape to the right. Continue straight until the road.

Turn right onto the road then left onto a wide grassy path.

At the next crossroads, choose straight ahead towards Noailly and left again for 2 km on the tarmac. At a fork, go left and cross the Teyssonne. At the next intersection, turn right.

At the level of the Bonnefond farm, continue straight on the road. Ignore a road on the left and take a left onto a path that climbs through the meadows. Find the road and go up to the right to reach the Jarnotière crossroads.

Continue straight ahead and pass the farm. After 500 m, take the small path to the left which descends into the forest. At the level of a pond, take the road to the right. At a wide crossroads, take the road opposite and enter the forest again. Go down along a pond.

After the stilts, turn left and cross the stream. Go up to a house and take the road on the left. In Beaussier, turn right in front of the house and go down. Cross the stream and go up to find the tar at the level of a wind turbine.

Keep the same direction. After the avenue of plane trees, turn right onto the road.

Take the first path on the left and cross the Teyssonne on a footbridge. Take the Chemin de la Royte, between the hedges. Find the crossroads you have already encountered and take the path in the opposite direction to your starting point.
