1 - Departure

Turn your back on the town hall and go down rue St-Martin to the left. Join the ex-Nationale 7, then turn right at the crossroads of the D52 towards Sail-les-Bains. Continue opposite in the rue des Lilas then go down opposite in the path to join the D52.

2 - Step 1

Turn left and cross the bridge then turn right towards the conciergerie du château. Walk along the perimeter wall and continue straight on the path after the farm.

3 - Step 2

Cross the railway line through the gate. Follow the path to the right then take the path that descends to the left. Cross a stream, go up to a crossroads.

4 - Step 3

Continue straight on the grassy path and find the road.

5 - Step 4

Go up to the left to cross the D52 and take the path opposite. Turn right just before the farm and continue straight ahead to descend to small ponds. Go up to a big house.

6 - Step 5

At the crossroads turn left. Cross the D93 towards Domaine des champs.

7 - Step 6

Fork to the right and descend in the direction of a pond. Cross the D93 again and descend towards the Moulin Genost. Go up a grassy path to the Chez Moulin farm.

8 - Step 7

Go down the path to the left and cross the D93 at Civette. Further on, go up a wide path to the right and at the top, turn sharply to the left to reach the Chez Dapeux crossroads.

9 - Step 8

Continue opposite until the Chez Boare crossroads, then turn right towards Galière. Leave the road for a path on the left. Go along the ponds and turn left into the meadows. Go down into the woods and at the houses of the Mauvette, go down again to the left to reach the Chez Boare crossroads.

10 - Step 9

Turn right and go up the road to reach the Pacheval crossroads. Go up opposite and continue after the house, on a track. After the pond, find the road. Further on, go down to the left and reach the hamlet of Chez Netay.

11 - Step 10

Continue opposite towards the Chez Bonnaud crossroads and turn right. Walk along a pond, go up and cross a road to climb a grassy path. When you come into contact with a road, turn left onto a path that leads you to Chez Morin. At the crossroads of the D52 / D93 near Chez Pelassy, ​​continue on the D52 towards Sail-les-Bains. Further on, go down a path to the left. At the crossroads, turn right and retrace your steps to find the village of St-Martin d'Estreaux and your starting point
