Ô fil de l'eau (formerly Ferme de la Source) in Saint-Jean-Saint-Maurice-sur-Loire, is a gîte overlooking the Loire, with an area of 180 m² and able to accommodate up to 14 travelers. It is composed of a pretty living room which opens onto a veranda and its south-facing terrace, an open and equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 4 m².
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- An equipped kitchen open to the dining room including: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine, etc.
- A living room with double sofa bed and a wood stove, opening onto a large veranda
- Bedroom 1: "Grain d'Orge": a double bed and an adjoining bathroom with WC
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed and two single beds on the mezzanine that can be pushed together to make a double bed, as well as an adjoining bathroom with WC
Upstairs :
- A 25 m² library lounge with double sofa bed
- “Tilleul” room: two single beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed and an adjoining bathroom with WC
- “Lotus” room: two single beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed and an adjoining bathroom with WC
The house is ideally located in Saint-Jean-Saint-Maurice-sur-Loire, in a very pleasant environment. You can benefit from restaurants, supermarkets and other shops 10 km from the village.
A true “end of the world” where nature, silence and zenitude reign, come and discover the village of Saint-Jean-Saint-Maurice-sur-Loire, elected “Most beautiful village of the Loire” in 2023, notably thanks to its views exceptional. It has a rich heritage, with its historical monuments: old medieval keep, castle walls, sundial house, etc. The village also has several artisans and is now part of the “Wine Route”.
