Nestled on a hill, the Champolynois is a passive wooden house with contemporary lines, combining well-being and ecology, all in a refined atmosphere combining charm and modernity. In summer, you can relax in the preheated natural swimming pool overlooking a superb panorama (generally usable from June to September). Adjoining the owner's house and located in the Pays d'Urfé, it is the ideal place to combine sport and relaxation: hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing...and discovering the heritage. The house, a mountain bike relay, lends you 6 mountain bikes free of charge to take advantage of the circuits of the FFC Bois Noir mountain bike area and can also rent you 2 electric mountain bikes. Boules pitch and various children's games.

Gîte of 90m² on one level. Dining room with sitting area and kitchen area. 3 beautiful bright bedrooms which all benefit from private sanitary facilities and a terrace area with a magnificent view. A 1st bedroom "Cinnamon" with 1 bed 160 and possibility of adding a child's bed, a 2nd bedroom "Chocolate" with 1 bed 160 and a 3rd bedroom "Moka" with 2 beds 90. For more comfort, the charges, linen house and bathroom linen are included. In summer bring your pool towels! Possibility of having a "welcome" basket of local products on your arrival (to be discussed with the owner).
