The 170 m² house is made up on the ground floor of a 30 m² living room equipped with TV-DVD, a living room with TV and hi-fi equipment, as well as a kitchen (combined freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher) with dining area, pantry. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms of approximately 14 m² with large and small beds of 90, and possibility of adding 2 children's beds. There is the possibility of adding a fourth bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Finally, a fifth bedroom can be available as an independent suite, with a double bed and a bunk bed, with WC and bathroom. The rental has 4 bathrooms with WC and 5 bedrooms. Wifi access. Laundry area with washing machine. Bed linen is optional (20€) and cleaning is included in the service. Outside, a magnificent park lit at night with: private above-ground swimming pool, kiosk for relaxing and having a meal, garden furniture, deckchair, shaded area with century-old trees and games for children. Close to Villerest, the Roanne coast and its villages of character. New amenities: a suite, a second swimming pool and SPA.
