Véloire, the North Loire greenway cycle route

While following the course of the river, the Véloire follows the footpaths of an old railway line and the towpath of the canal from Briennon to Roanne.
From Pouilly-Sous-Charlieu, it is possible to reach Charlieu, a village of character, by the greenway built on an old railway line.
In Iguerande, the Véloire connects to the Saône-et-Loire network, and in particular the Eurovélo 6, thus fitting into the European scheme of cycle routes and greenways.
