We offer you a wide range of honey that we produce on our different apiaries.
The wintering of our hives takes place partly in the Gard where we produce swarms in sufficient quantities for the year. The first honey flows are harvested in Isère and Ain with Creamy honey (hawthorn, bush, rapeseed), then it is Acacia, finally Chestnut.
During this time our hives remaining in winter in the Loire can harvest Dandelion honey in St Just at the very beginning of the season, then Acacia in Roannais and finally Fleurs. Then, our hives from Isère are transhumed, part of them on Lavender near the Château de Grignan in Drôme Provençale and for the others they reach the Monts de la Madeleine to harvest the Mountain honey as well as that of Fir.
All these different honeys harvested only on the farm are then extracted, filtered, and potted in our beautiful honey house located at an altitude of 800 m, where you can come and taste them all year round.
Since 2023, we have also produced Royal Jelly and Pollen.
It is advisable to call before coming, especially during the period conducive to the beekeeping season. We are located in a mountain area, access can be difficult in winter, do not hesitate to call. Also be careful with the GPS, you have to enter St-Just-en-Chevalet to reach the honey house.
