The breeding of our Gros Gris snails begins at the beginning of March with reproduction, spawning, and egg incubation.
Then our snails are raised outdoors, on a plant cover (rapeseed, clover) sown for them, until September and October when they will be harvested.
Our snails' diet consists of plants sown in the parks as well as cereals from organic farming and limestone distributed every day. After collection, they will be transformed to offer you different cooked products.
Delivery possible on the Côte Roannaise and Grand Roanne. You can find the producer every other week at the Renaison market.
