Spread over 120 ha, the farm is made up of 5 partners and 7 employees. It transforms more than 90% of its milk production from its 60 dairy cows into cheese (lactic paste and uncooked pressed paste) sold in the farm store and large and medium-sized supermarkets in the Roanne region.
Since 2010, a new diversification has been added to the dairy activity: The fattening and processing of free-range pigs and Limousin heifers. La Ferme de Boisy is a farm which cultivates its specificities around proximity, short circuits and which is committed to the environmental approach.
