From Vidouchaka, a mango wood sheath puppet and cotton costume from Rajasthan, to Guignol and his acolytes, through Vietnamese puppets intended for theater on the water, the unique collection of Pavaly is rich in more than 250 puppets from all over the world.
The art of puppetry is a multiple and complex art, a mixture of popular culture, religious beliefs and behind each puppet there is a story. Let the Dychka Company tell you some of them.
