Our charcuterie is prepared with care, and with respect for tradition. To guarantee fresh and tasty products, we opt for on-site manufacturing.

Our butcher shop offers very high quality meat. You will find Charolais beef, milk-fed veal and lamb, free-range poultry, rabbit but also other local and farm products from Roanne and the Forez plain.

Mr. Demont can not only offer you dishes cooked in his butcher's shop, but he also organizes banquets, weddings, buffets, receptions, baptisms, birthdays, etc.
