Registrations are taken on site, the same day and the price varies depending on the number of refreshments and the circuit chosen.
Until 10:30 a.m., coffee is offered at the start to all participants.
In an eco-responsible approach, a plastic glass can be purchased initially for people who do not have their own, so as not to use disposable glasses.
The 10 km, 13 km and 21 km circuit will take you on the heritage trail which passes through the village of Bénisson-Dieu with its Cistercian abbey. The 16, 21 and 26 km circuits pass through the heart of the Lespinasse departmental forest. Refueling on the 21 and 26km circuits will take place at the Grand Couvert, a former tile dryer renovated by the Departmental Council.
On this occasion, the Clémentine Alcock chapel will be open and can be visited.
The traditional cabbage soup, cooked by volunteers, is offered to all participants upon arrival.
The members of the association will offer delicious apple pies made by them and local producers with local products.
