Roanne Blues Festival – From 5 to 16 March 2024
Born in 2018, this event will make you vibrate to the sound of the blues, a universal music. Concerts in partner bars and restaurants are given free of charge. The highlight of the edition is the reception of groups recognized in France and internationally. They await you at the Fontalon room in Roanne, one weekend in March each year.

Musical Spring in Pays Roannais – May & June 2024
It is the oldest festival in Roannais still in action 35 years later. Today, it welcomes the greatest artists of classical music and French song: Louis Chedid, Yvan Cassar, Gautier Capuçon, Camille and Julie Berthollet… Among many others. The Côte Roannais and the Scarabée performance hall host 5 to 6 concerts.

Les Monts de la Madeleine Festival – July & August 2024
Since 2003, it has been the most mountainous festival in Roannais! The classical repertoire offers each edition more than 20 dates, within heritage places in our region. Recitals in local homes are organized and are the hallmark of the festival: 30 minutes of music around surprise instrumental groups.

Ciné Short Animé – From March 18 to 24, 2024
What an honor for the territory to see this international event take place each year in cinemas, but not only… More than 2700 films are programmed, selected with rigor and passion by the festival director, among the creations of directors from 112 countries. Multiple sessions are offered around comedies, documentaries, video clips... For parents, children, cousins, friends... in short, everyone will have a good time there.

Comics Festival – September 2024
Take out your autograph books! In Ambierle, more than 40 comic book authors meet over a weekend; share a special moment with them in order to enter their worlds, real or fantastic… The event offers numerous workshops on the Roannais linked to the theme: screenings, master classes and exhibitions.

Roanne Open Table – October 2024
It’s the unique festival of gastronomy and live entertainment! 20 years that Roanne Open Table has been bringing gastronomy to life at the beginning of autumn. On the menu, more than 100 dates in Roannais restaurants. Dinner shows await you to awaken all your senses and enjoy a unique evening.
Additional information: think of the unmissable opening “tasting” evening, organized at the Halles Diderot, which brings together more than 20 restaurateurs and producers from starter to dessert!

Roanne Young Talents – From March 16 to May 25 2024
Do you dream of performing on stage? To share your singing, dancing, cooking or street art talent? Sign up for “RJT” to try your luck and, above all, take part in a unique moment. This festival will be an opportunity for you to create your artistic composition, to participate in a cooking challenge or to prove yourself with your most beautiful voice, alone or with friends.
