The estate is located in St-Haon-le-Vieux, at an altitude of 420 m, on granite soils.
Our 9 hectares of vines are mainly located around the winery and the house.
The vines are grassed "naturally" to improve soil life and encourage the development of the vine's roots.
Gamay is our king grape variety but we also have Chardonnay and Pinot noir.
The grapes are harvested by hand and we vinify without any inputs or sulphites.
