A unique daily menu, which changes every lunchtime of the week, with lots of flavors and new things.
A unique evening menu, the first two Fridays of each month.

Portrait
A chef for 12 years, Quentin knows how to combine flavors in a way you wouldn't dare to do at home; his fight against overconsumption or reducing our carbon footprint guides him to buy local and/or ready-to-be-thrown products. There is no waste in his products, he wants to prove that we can eat very well, without excess, thanks to his know-how and his interpersonal skills!
