Founded in 1930, Troisgros has held three Michelin stars since 1968. Children of the fourth generation, the sons of Marie-Pierre and Michel continue the path of the family business; César runs the Michelin-starred restaurant, Le Bois sans Feuilles, and Léo is at the head of one of the two other Troisgros restaurants, La Colline du Colombier. From the market to visits to artisan suppliers (wine growers, breeders, cultivators, market gardeners, beekeepers, wine and cheese cellars...) to restaurant tables... "Menus-plaisirs-Les Troisgros" is a journey intimate and sensory in the kitchens of one of the most prestigious restaurants in the world.
