The urban environment of the studio is very pleasant, you are at the foot of all amenities: shops, transport, leisure... The studio opens onto a pretty 55m² closed, paved, colorful and bright courtyard, shared with the owners. You will take advantage of this space thanks to the garden furniture which is made available to you. The furnished "Chez Mimi" is fully furnished. Quiet, comfortable and tastefully decorated, it has been completely redone and newly equipped.
Studio in the heart of the city of Roanne of 30m² on the 1st floor, without lift. It has an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two 90 cm beds (can be twinned into a 180 cm bed on request) and a bathroom with separate toilet. For more comfort, charges, sheets, towels and household linen are included in the rental price. This cottage also has reversible air conditioning. Cot and high chair on request from the owners. Marguerite & Daniel who live on site will give you a warm welcome.
