How does it work?
- 1 Offer the gift box to the person of your choice,
- 2 The beneficiary chooses a service from our service providers (list available on our site after activation of the box by the customer in thededicated area),
- 3 They reserve with the service provider of their choice (specifying the number of their 5-digit box on the back of the box) and take advantage of their gift box!
Each box brings together several tourist providers from Roanne who offer an activity related to the theme for one or two people.

The gift boxes are on the scale of the Roannaise destination and promote local tourist service providers. The boxes are largely marketed in the territory of Roanne, which allows beneficiaries to consume them easily.
Terms of Sale
- The expiry date of the gift boxes is fixed 24 months after the date of purchase.
- The photos and information on the gift boxes and our website are non-contractual.
- Reservation with the chosen partner is mandatory and it is advisable to book as early as possible.
- When making your reservation, you must mention that you are the holder of an Escapades Gift Box and specify the number of this box for verification (number written on the back of the gift voucher).
- All the services offered in this box will be bookable depending on the availability of the partners. Roannais Tourisme cannot be held responsible in the event of unavailability on the chosen date.
- In order to confirm your reservation, the chosen partner may ask you to send them your gift voucher. Roannais Tourisme strongly advises you to send it by registered post with acknowledgment of receipt. Neither Roannais Tourisme nor the partner could be held responsible for the loss of the gift voucher.
- In the event of loss or destruction of the gift voucher, Roannais Tourisme will not be able to reimburse the purchaser or the beneficiary under any circumstances.
- Certain activities are only accessible under certain physical, meteorological or other conditions. It is advisable to check with the partner when booking. The partners reserve the right to refuse the service requested or to postpone the reservation if the required conditions are not met.
- The reservation and cancellation conditions are those of the chosen partner. No cancellation or postponement of reservation will be accepted without the direct agreement of the partner.
