Terms of Sale
- The expiry date of the gift boxes is 24 months after the date of activation at the cash desk.
- The photos and information in this box are non-contractual.
- Reservation with the chosen partner is mandatory and it is advisable to book as early as possible.
- When making your reservation, you must mention that you are the holder of an Escapades Gift Box and specify the number of this box for verification (number written on the back of the gift voucher).
- All the services offered in this box will be bookable depending on the availability of the partners. Roannais Tourisme cannot be held responsible in the event of unavailability on the chosen date.
- In order to confirm your reservation, the chosen partner may ask you to send them your gift voucher. Roannais Tourisme strongly advises you to send it by registered post with acknowledgment of receipt. Neither Roannais Tourisme nor the partner could be held responsible for the loss of the gift voucher.
- In the event of loss or destruction of the gift voucher, Roannais Tourisme will not be able to reimburse the purchaser or the beneficiary under any circumstances.
- Certain activities are only accessible under certain physical, meteorological or other conditions. It is advisable to check with the partner when booking. The partners reserve the right to refuse the service requested or to postpone the reservation if the required conditions are not met.
- The reservation and cancellation conditions are those of the chosen partner. No cancellation or postponement of reservation will be accepted without the direct agreement of the partner.
