Survivors, in-extremis, of the bloody clashes of the XIXth century between the colonists and the Amerindians, the Bisons of the Plains owe their survival to their heritage value, straight out of Prehistory, and especially to the high quality of healthy meat and extra tender, a must-have for beef lovers!
During your visit, you will discover a self-guided exhibition to understand the life of North American Plains Bison through history and seasons, followed by a wagon tour with commented stops (duration of the walk 3/4 of hour) to discover what bison are doing and share 3/4 of an hour of their life in the freshness of the Monts de la Madeleine du Roannais.
Vacuum-packed retail sale, at the Farm shop (from 14 p.m. to 19 p.m. on visiting days) or on call and at gourmet markets or fairs.

Outdoor barbecue picnic area available by reservation, to grill the bison and outdoor pork meat produced on the farm yourself (reservation of the meat the day before minimum).
